You are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt of these items. Please note that we don’t reimburse return shipping costs.

Returns from outside the EU (incl. UK & Switzerland)

Contact our customer service at support@mipacha.com, they will help you to create your return shipment.

Returns from inside the EU

Repack the unworn, unwashed & undamaged item in its original packaging with all labels attached and follow the steps below.

  • Download the Return & Exchange form HERE, fill it in and add it into the box.
  • Send the return parcel to the address in the Return & Exchange form.
  • Use a tracked shipping service, so you have proof of the shipment.

For an exchange, the shipping costs of the replacement item to you are paid for by MIPACHA. Please note that we don’t reimburse return shipping costs.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned item is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund of the purchase amount. If approved, you will receive your refund at your original method of payment within 30 days.
