Shipping, Returns & Exchange

SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched daily. If you place an order and complete payment before 21:00, it will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery times per region:
- The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 1-3 business days
- France, UK, Italy & Spain: 2-6 business days
- United states & Rest Of World (ROW): 7-14 business days

Delivery time may be delayed if your shipment is being held by customs.
MIPACHA is not responsible for any import costs, such as local taxes and customs clearance.

The shipping costs vary per region, shipping method & courier, and are displayed at step 2. of the check-out process.

We ship with the major shipping companies: PostNL, DHL, USPS, Correos, Posteitaliane, DPD, La Poste, Swiss Post.

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. You have, for a period of 30 days, the right to exchange or return the ordered articles. Please use this fair service with common sense.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified and undamaged.
3. The products must be shipped back to us within 30 days after delivery. Print the return form, fill it in and insert the form into the package.

4. Send your return with sufficient postage to the following address:

5. Please note that packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
Ask for a proof of shipment with a tracking code, so you can follow the package online. When you notice that the package is not delivered within two weeks, please contact our customer service.

In case you received a defect or wrong product, please contact our customer support beforehand. We will send a return label to return the wrong/defected product. We can not reimburse shipping costs if you have not contacted us in advance.

If you are returning products from outside of the EU, please contact our customer support beforehand.

EXCHANGE
Want to exchange your product for a different size or colour? No problem!
You have, for a period of 30 days, the right to exchange the ordered articles. Please fill in all the information on the Return/Exchange form. When you select the pair you would like to receive instead, it is recommended to check the website if the product is still available in your size.

Please note that the return costs are at your expense. Nevertheless, we will pay for the shipping costs of your new product! We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility to ensure that the return parcel is delivered on the address stated on the return form. Return shipments delivered to a pick-up point or different address will not be accepted by us.

Once we receive your exchange product, we will send you an email with the status of your exchange and the shipping information of the requested new product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

RETURN
Want to return your product and receive a refund? No worries!
You have, for a period of 30 days, the right to return the ordered articles.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be repacked in its original packaging.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified and undamaged.
- The products must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Print the return form, fill it in and insert the form into the package.

If you are returning products from outside of the EU, please contact our customer support beforehand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility to ensure that the return parcel is delivered on the address stated on the return form. Return shipments delivered to a pick-up point or different address will not be accepted by us.

If you have received a wrong or defect product, please contact our customer support before returning the product.

REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned item is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund of the purchase amount.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which you will receive within 30 days.
